RIGHT NOW
The HOPE Center’s mission is to break down the silos that often lead to inefficiency, duplicated efforts, wasted resources and missed opportunities. We have created a unified hub where North Orange County cities, the County, community-based organizations and local law enforcement work collaboratively to address homelessness. We work closely with our partners to align homeless outreach efforts and strategies to increase efficiency and provide more reliable relief and consistent support to individuals experiencing homelessness in the North Orange County area. The focus is to assist the homeless from the street to housing.
VISION
