What is the Chaplain Program?

The Fullerton Police Chaplain Program relies on local clergy members to provide faith-based counseling and support. Our chaplains are volunteers and support our police officers, non-sworn personnel, and the public whenever there is a need.

Who are Fullerton PD’s Chaplains?

The Fullerton Police Department currently has nine Chaplains who have answered the call to provide their services to the community and Department.

Chaplain Charlie Frost

Deacon Tony Mercado
