Project Description:  The project proposes to construct a 420 unit (1,251 bed) student-oriented housing development with 12,438 square feet of neighborhood supporting commercial on a 3.55 acre site.

The Initial Study is available for public review for a period of 20-days from August 24, 2021 through September 13, 2021.  Written comments concerning the analysis contained in the Draft Initial Study should be sent to:  Planning Manager at 303 W. Public Hearings

The project is scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.  The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council.   The City Council public hearing date is to be determined.
