The project proposes to create a Residential Preservation Zone Designation for the area bounded by Wilshire Avenue, Woods Avenue, Drake Avenue, and Chapman Avenue. No decision will be made during the meeting regarding the creation of the Residential Preservation Zone for the subject neighborhood. After the informational meeting, a formal petition may be circulated by interested property owners of the neighborhood to solicit support for a Residential Preservation Zone.
