Utility Billing Delays
- We have experienced delays as we strive to ensure the delivery of accurate bills to residents.
- All billing cycles have been delayed.
- As implementation progresses, we expect that utility bill delays will decrease, and the billing schedule will normalize.
- Bills due between May 27, 2024, and November 12, 2024, will not be penalized and assessed late charges.
- Certain billing cycles affected by delayed water meter reading will be afforded higher consumption ranges to mitigate the impact of meter reading delays.
Reviewing Utility Bills On-line and Making On-line Payments
- To utilize this new online system, you will need to create a new account.
- You will enter through the City of Fullerton site and choose the Pay Utility Online option to be redirected to the new online system or click on the Community Access Services link: https://www.cityoffullerton.com/government/departments/administrative-services-finance/utility-services/water-service
- When you reach the login page for the first time, choose the “Sign Up” option and enter your first and last name along with the email address you would like to use. This can be all new information as it is not related to the old system.
- Once logged in you will need to link your account. Here are some tips for linking your account(s):
Making Over the Phone Payments
If you would like to make a payment towards your utility bill over the phone and skip the hold queue:
- Utilize our new payment processing system to pay your utility bill with a virtual operator.
- This service is free to use and available 24/7.
- Please have your new customer ID and account number ready.
- Dial 877-768-8795 to utilize this service.
