The Library Board of Trustees meets once a month on the fourth Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in Fullerton Main Library, Library Conference Room, 353 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. (Meeting in November and December are usually on the third Thursday). The Board provides for the regulation and maintenance of a public library in the City of Fullerton and has general control of the Library’s funds and property; hires the City Librarian subject to City rules and regulations; and sets policy, rules, and regulations for the conduct of library affairs.
